Gemini Branch Automation (GBA) is a multi-lingual automation solution for front office system in Retail Banking owned by a leading European Software house, BSC ( BSC specializes in the field of solutions for financial and enterprise institutions.

GBA, an online solution, helps Teller to perform a variety of customer operations along with maintaining a list of opportunities for each customer. Customer operations include Cash Withdrawal, Cash deposit, Account Transfer, Foreign Exchange, Facility Payments. The main advantage of GBA is its ability to effectively deal with Worklist Management.
