As President and Chief Technology Officer of Prescient, Chiman contributes in the areas of technology direction, business policy guidance, development of technical skills, Research and development efforts in new and upcoming technology areas.

Chiman also oversees the off shore infrastructure in India , competency centers and internal information systems. He leads a strategic initiative to build an extensive knowledge base for competitive advantage.

Chiman started his career in 1985 and has an extensive international experience handling big sized IT projects in USA , working with companies like TCS, Syntel and Leading Edge Systems.

Chiman has a masters' degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and a bachelor's degree in Engineering.

As Vice President, Sarvesh Renghe, provides leadership to the technology group apart from supporting offshore delivery functions.

Sarvesh has wide ranging experience in driving technology related initiatives, managing offshore deliveries and evolving project implementation processes.  Through the combination of process orientation and knowledge of technology, he works towards overall productivity improvement. During his career, he has catered to clients in Finance, Insurance, Direct Marketing, Shipping and Government segments.

Sarvesh has done post-graduation from NITIE, Mumbai and graduation in engineering. He has more than 16 years of experience in IT industry.

With over 2 decades of International experience working at Europe & USA on different position in high Tech Companies, he encourages clients for Future Technology, advantageous to both. His long term vision for Client & Prescient is well accepted in the Industry.
