For one of the fastest growing Bank, over 400 branches in various locations in India , the challenge of keeping a close watch on Cash flow for Projects and miscellaneous expenses. The objective of the application was to service all Branches, maintain up to date expense records, make available funds, assures all Branches are serviced on regular basis on time.
Our Browser based application running on a central server, over 200 concurrent users located at various locations on VPN/Leased line delivering on-line information with bare minimum overheads of maintenance.
sExpense Tracking System captures up to date data of daily Expense Vouchers keyed in by an individual, after validation on allowable limits for a particular expense head will e-post to a concerned senior based on approval ceilings on the hierarchy defined in the system. On rejection or acceptance, mail intimation will be delivered to originator of the Voucher for further action. Work flow Engine automates predefined actions like reminder, follow up, auto forward to next level in case of no action etc. MIS reports available on-line is one of the important utility for decision makers.
Entire Project is developed on Jave J2EE, utilizing high end functions of Java, delivering all transaction records within packet size of 4-5 Kb, best optimized even on dial-up Modem speed. |
