eCRM comprises of 3 main sub products, Live Wire, Sign Post and Sales Force Automation (SFA).

Live Wire is an automation of the process of Customer Account Opening. The entire process from initial follow-up with the customer to the client code generation has number of steps and different users to play different roles.

Sign Post will have data of all the potential clients. It will track complete history of all the Securities Products & Services discussed with other relevant deals finalized.

Sales Force Automation application will primarily facilitate sales & support staff of JV Company to enable all problem-solving, business and internal tracking needs through a single interface. The application e-enables end customers & associates of JV Company and will also be able to monitor their transactions/queries online with a facility of auto escalation of unanswered/pending/over-due queries/inquiries/ complaints/ grievances etc.

Entire Application was developed using Java J2EE in a record time. Application performance was done using Rational ROBOT on large size of live data with 500 concurrent users.

From initial task of Architecture Knowledge Capture, Prototype development, prescient was later involved in Reverse Engineering, Documentation, Construction, Enhancement, Code optimization, Unit Testing, Integration Testing and Upload of Sales Force Automation. Prescient was also involved in crucial onsite co -ordination and maintenance activities of Sales Force Automation system.
