With the increase in number of Fuel Stations in India , this Company has a vision to service at any locations across India in a record time of 3 -6 hours. The objective of the application is to capture a Complaint, identify probable cause, arrange for Service Engineer with spares from the nearest locations, follow up with the Service Engineer, achieve minimum downtime target. Service all Fuel Stations, maintain up to date Inventory, mobilize spares. For Preventive Maintenance, Dispensers are serviced on regular basis with optimum distance/time between different locations in a certain route for a Service Engineer.
Our Browser based hosted application running at a hosted site with over 400 concurrent users located within India benefits right from Complaint entry status, progress on call, till close of the call. Complaint Management System captures up to date data of Preventive Maintenance, Service Call, Spares Inventory, Maintenance/Service cost per site/Dispenser, Downtime, Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), sales/replacement for all the spares component on daily basis, and make all these as MIS reports to Management.
Entire Project is developed utilizing high end functions of C#, delivering all transaction records within packet size of 4-5 Kb, best optimized even on dial-up Modem speed. |
